Car Accident Youngstown, Ohio: 12-year-old boy identified as victim in fatal Friday crash near Juanita and Alameda Avenue.

Following a multi-vehicle incident in Youngstown on Friday morning, a 12-year-old child has died and three other persons are in stable condition.

At least one individual was trapped in one of the vehicles involved in the collision for an undetermined amount of time near the junction of Juanita and Alameda Avenue.

Though the juvenile victim’s identity is unknown, police report that the crash happened just before 9:30 on Friday morning. A 30-year-old is described as a “suspect” in a police news release, but it doesn’t say anything more about whether or not charges are anticipated.

After being taken to the hospital, the boy was ultimately declared deceased. The three surviving victims are still in stable condition at the hospital. The other victims’ ages remained undisclosed.

The accident’s cause was not disclosed by the police. Investigations are still ongoing into the crash.
