Angela Dorothy (Kilchenstein) Borucki, 88, of Hanover, and formerly of Westminster, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Homewood at Plum Creek.

Born October 29, 1935 in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late James and Mary Margaret (Stembler) Kilchenstein. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard R. Borucki, who predeceased her in 2014.

Angela was a graduate of The Institute of Notre Dame. She was an Executive Secretary for Carroll County Public Schools, until her retirement.

Angela was a devoted mother and grandmother. She was an avid fan of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles, and loved feeding the birds and growing African Violets to gift to friends and family. She was a volunteer for many years at Carroll Hospital, and a parishioner of St. John Catholic Church for over 40 years, as well as St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hanover.

Surviving her are sons and daughters-in-law David R. and Diane M. Borucki of Bethany Beach, DE, Joseph F. and Bonnie L Borucki of Westminster, and J. Craig and Melissa C. Borucki of Hanover; grandchildren Bryan, Amanda, Christopher, Jessica, Benjamin, Rachel; siblings Jim Kilchenstein of Severna Park, and Doris Lupton of Orlando, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by siblings Francis Kilchenstein and Mary Margaret Jager.

The family will welcome friends on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 5 to 7pm at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster, and Friday, December 29th from 11 to 12 Noon at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon and available via livestream on “St. John Westminster” Facebook page. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery.
